Delivery time

Your own specially designed parts, are produced the week after we receive your paid order and shipped early the week thereafter. The delivery time to shipping will therefor vary between 10 to 18 days. Depending on if the order is placed and paid early or late in the week.

Freight

Your parts are delivered with normal surface freight with chosen freight company partners depending on where the final destination is and how large/heavy the parcel is. The parts are always carefully packed as compact as possible in chosen standard packaging.

Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The product was purchased in the last 15 days

The product is in its original packaging

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
